The MS Ramaiah Vidyaniketan Astro Club organized a two day Star Gazing and Trekking adventure at Kudremukh .Thirty five students of our school took part in this amazing adventure trip ,had wonderful observations of the Geminid Meteor Shower ,coming back home with loads of memories for life .
Our students were thrilled to attend the Communication Training Institute, Airforce Jalahalli's platinum jubilee celebrations! They enjoyed the spectacular Motorcycle Display, AWSO's marching, and the Women's team formation. The drone show was an added bonus, with hands-on flying experiences. We thank CTI Jalahalli for this incredible opportunity, inspiring our students to take to up to serve in Indian Defence forces . Jai Hind!
The SilverZone Reasoning and Aptitude exam is designed to help students assess their reasoning and aptitude skills. This exam is an annual event that evaluates students' abilities in various areas such as analytical reasoning, logical reasoning, numerical aptitude, spatial reasoning, and verbal reasoning.
The National Science Olympiad (SOF NSO) is an annual academic competition organized by SOF for students in classes 1-12 to assess their knowledge and skills in scientific reasoning and logical ability. The curriculum of the SOF Olympiad is designed to provide young students with a platform to identify and nurture their academic talents in the field of science, preparing them for the competitive world from an early age.
M S Ramaiah Vidyaniketan hosted the two-day CBSE 'Training of Trainers' workshop on November 8-9, 2024. The event drew 85 participants, including school principals, vice principals, coordinators, and experienced teachers. Conducted by experts from ISTM, DoPT, Government of India, the workshop aimed to enhance education quality by equipping participants with essential skills and knowledge.
The inaugural ceremony was held in the presence of Dr. Sandeep Kumar Jain, Joint Secretary, CBSE Centre of Excellence, New Delhi. Dr. Jain also led a session on implementing the National Education Policy (NEP) in schools, covering topics like:
- Nurturing Ethical and Constitutional Values
- Developing 21st Century Skills
- Social-emotional development
- Teacher training and development
- The SAFAL initiative
Resource persons Mr. Shailesh Kumar Soni, Deputy Director, ISTM and Dr. S Sajeev,Professor, IMG, Thiruvananthapuram,engaged participants with effective teaching-learning strategies. Guest speaker Dr.Bharath emphasized experiential learning for lifelong positive impacts.
The workshop provided valuable networking opportunities, and participants received photographs as mementos. The event fostered professional relationships and meaningful connection.

Hindi Diwas celebration at our school was a grand affair, with 22 schools participating in various events. The students thoroughly enjoyed the events and returned home with a wealth of knowledge and memorable experiences.Dr. Praswanath , Chief Executive, GEF ( Engineering and General Science ) , Ramaiah Group of Institutions graced the Hindi Diwas celebrations with his presence and delivered an enlightening address, sharing valuable insights, fascinating facts, and inspiring thoughts with the participants.
The school encourages children to seize every learning opportunity to grow. Our students in grades 6 to 9, who will be appearing for the National Automobile Olympiad, attended an informative session on the Basics of Automotive Vehicles at the Mechanical Department of the Ramaiah Institute of Technology today. Students got a hands-on experience with the working of a Fortuner Engine. A day well spent with a great learning experience!

From springing out of their beds early to reporting at the venue at 6:00 a.m., the students enjoyed their bus ride from and to school, cheering, clapping, and singing songs. They thoroughly enjoyed their participation and the time spent improving their health.

Krishna Janmashtami 2024-Janmashtami is a celebration of Krishna's birth, divine life, and teachings. The celebration began with a serene bhajan session, where students sang devotional songs that filled the campus with peace and reverence. ???? The classrooms are beautifully decorated their rooms with lights, and flowers, adding to the festive ambiance.
INDEPENDENCE DAY 2024-As India celebrates its 78th Independence Day, our school embraced the occasion with vibrant festivities. Students showcased a variety of cultural dances from across our beloved nation, filling the air with colorful hues and melodious songs. The performances evoked waves of awe and goosebumps among the spectators. The crisp march past of scouts and guides to the beat of the school band was a sight worth watching !
